My husband had a consultation at Sports Plus with Richard and was really looking forward to continuing treatment with him — he seemed knowledgeable and professional. However, after the initial visit, they suddenly canceled his next appointment and told him they no longer wanted to work with him because he’s on Kaiser. This was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. If they knew from the start they weren’t comfortable working with Kaiser patients, they should have been upfront instead of wasting our time and getting my husband’s hopes up. Really disappointing experience.

I had a recent immobilizing issue with my back. Dr. Asturias Was extremely helpful in getting me back on my feet. He explained his treatments thoroughly in a way that gave clarity to the treatment plan. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend his services. Very professional and reasonable costs as it was not covered through my insurance.

For years, I have been seeing Dr. Asturias any time I have a decline in mobility (back, knee, shoulder, etc.) and he always takes the time to listen and provides a treatment plan that gets me moving again. Even though I moved and now have to drive an hour to see him, it's worth every minute on the congested highways. The pain I feel is usually connected to something else and he always gets to the root issue. I highly recommend Dr. Asturias!

I highly recommend sports plus and Dr. Justin Traille. I injured my hip 14 weeks into the New York marathon training. I had limited time to recover as I needed to do a 20 mile run still. Justin is especially talented at working through athletic pain and improving mobility/strength for athletes. He’s also really good at addressing ergonomic issues. Since I started seeing him, my lower back pain has significantly diminished (mostly gone away altogether.) I also appreciate that this practice seems to accept a lot of different insurance plans.
