Ell has been an amazing therapist over the last year that I have seen her regularly. She is the only sports therapist I recommend to anyone who is in need. She is extremely knowledgeable and speeds up my recovery immensely. Look no further you have found who you are looking for!

Ell is one of the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She specializes in sports therapy and has helped me with through a few fitness related injuries over the years. Where do I begin... First off, Ellie is one of the most gifted sports therapists I have ever been to! I am very active and need a lot of work on the regular from her. I run, hike the incline, train BJJ, and do Spartan Races. I mostly rely heavily on her to help prepare my body for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions. I compete monthly sometimes a few times a month and I need all the assistance I can get. She has worked out tight muscles including my psoas, sore or hurt knees and shoulders, utilized fascia scraping, cupping, and other methods to get my body to positively respond to the work being done. Secondly, her space is very cozy and inviting. I love seeing all the different pieces of anatomy artwork on display in her space. She listens to what you tell her is bothering you and customizes

Ellie is truly a gift to this community. I cannot say how grateful I am to have met her. Not only is she a wonderful human being, she is gifted at her craft. Her knowledge of human physiology and anatomy along w her curiosity to keep learning give her an edge above others in her field. She recently helped me resolve a hip and low back issue that had been ongoing for almost 3 years. I am now able to work and play pain free again. Thank you Ell Reav!! 💜
