Ricardo is amazing and very professional. He's helped me work through sciatica and hip issues over the last month with massage, scraping and stretching. He is very knowledgeable about the human body. He even provides guidance and exercises for at home work so you're not just putting a bandage on the problem, you're working to correct the problem long term. I love this! No gimmicks! Ricardo is very professional and knowledgeable about the human body definitely recommend him for all athletes. I’m a long distance runner myself and been struggling to find proper ways to recover but Ricardo definitely helps this process and shares tips and tricks to do at home. Ricardo is a professional massage therapist who understands the source of your pain. Mine is sciatica: burning in my leg and numbing in my toes. Neurologist wanted me to get an MRI $$$$ and possibly cut into my back. I refused and did my homework on the Piriformis muscle. Then I discovered Ricardo.
