I have a balance issue and had multiple falls. Mike was excellent with insurance and appointments. TJ is an awesome Physical Therapist! He's extremely knowledgeable, with excellent communication skills which helped me understand and process what my body was doing and will help improve my self-confidence. TJ identified my specific muscle weaknesses and actions, stance, and walking patterns that have played a roll in tripping and falling which significantly has affected my self esteem. TJ has shown me how to strengthen specific muscles and why, as well as increased my awareness of other areas when I walk like my eyes and head movements. Fractured my left fibula Memorial Day weekend. Started physical therapy at end of July with Caitlyn. She listened, encouraged and most importantly provided the targeted physical therapy I needed to walk again. So thankful for her!!!

Went after shoulder surgery and Caitlin got me back playing softball in record time. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff. Hopefully I will not get cut on again but if I do and I need PT I will be going there.

I've just ended a 3 month-long session ordered by my neuro surgeon for a chronic condition that causes abnormal wear and tear on the bones and cartilage in the spine. This was my 3rd try at various PT establishments in town. Why did I not begin with SM&PT??! Without hesitation, the best I've ever attended. A small area, 4 PT/DPT therapists, an acute friendly atmosphere, and to the minute, on-time sessions. At the end of my 3 months, Mike printed out exercises I could do in the pool to continue strengthening the muscles that support my spine. It only allows 5* yet 10* would be more likely! Just had my 2nd of 2 total knee replacements. I used SM&PT for both.very skilled organization! Their positive attitude towards your recovery pulls the desire to achieve the best results right out of you.also, it's a fun place to be. You never really dread going to your PT sessions. If you're about to have surgery for anything that requires post-operative PT, you can't go wrong with SM&PT!
