Sports Massage Spa

I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, but none quite like this. Allison is incredibly professional and deeply connected to her work — you can tell she really understands the body. Every session feels very individualized, with care and attention focused exactly where it’s needed most. Her deep tissue work is excellent, and she always seems to find the areas that need a little extra love. She has a strong touch which I appreciate! I always leave feeling both relaxed and restored. Highly recommend!

Allison always makes me feel better when I leave than when I came in. She is a phenomenal massage therapist and you won’t be sorry if you go see her. She provides individualized care according to your needs and you will feel remarkable when you’re done.

I had a great experience! I was recommend by a friend because I had some muscle issues from running. Allison is so friendly she made me feel very comfortable and she is very professional. She is also very strong. I asked for a sports massage because I felt tightness everywhere especially my calf and hamstring. She worked all my knots out and when I left no longer felt the tightness or dull pain! She is wonderful and I plan to go back. I would highly recommend her. .

Allison is truly a miracle worker. I was diagnosed at urgent care with severe tendinitis in my left wrist that was due to pregnancy hormones. I couldn’t even look at my left hand without being in extreme pain. I made an appointment with Allison for Monday and I wish I would have gone Monday morning rather than the afternoon. I walked in to my appointment not being able to move my hand and walked out moving my left hand feeling slight sore. By Tuesday morning, the swelling and soreness went down and I was back to my normal activities. As she was massaging my left hand/wrist/arm, she was explaining her process and the way my tendons worked, etc. Overall I highly recommend Allison for any injuries you may have or if you’re in need of a relaxing massage (that will be my next appointment 🤭).
