I've been going to Deidre since she graduated massage school. I think it was in the late 90s. She is an exceptional massage therapist and has gotten me through 4 Ironman races and several marathons. I no longer exercise at that level, but still go to her once a month. It keeps me from having back or shoulder pain. I would recommend her to anyone.
Deidra is extremely knowledgeable and has been performed sports therapy massages for several years. If you've not had a good experience with other massage therapists, you should give her a try and be pleasantly surprised
Deidre is a great therapist. She has helped keep me injury-free for over a decade.
