I have 3 pair of orthotics that were made in Philadelphia that needed refurbishing. I called and asked if this group could do this service for me. The nice woman at the fron desk said she would check and get right back to me. After two days and no return phone call, I used the Contact Us on their website to send an explanation of what I wanted and asked if they would do it for me. After 1 week from my online request, they have not answered me, so I was left no option of using this group. They are podiatrists so I know they make orthotics all the time. I just wish they had had the courtesy of telling me they were not interested in my business.

They will tell you one thing when speaking to them over the phone. Then when you go there they are so rude and won't help you.

Avoid This Office – Unprofessional and Unproductive Experience I strongly urge anyone considering this office to look elsewhere. My experience with the young female “doctor” was a complete waste of time and money. From the start, she appeared disinterested in addressing my concerns and barely examined my feet, which was the entire reason for the visit. It was clear she was not invested in understanding or resolving my issues. To make matters worse, despite assurances that my insurance would cover the visit (aside from a $60 copay), I have been receiving monthly bills for four months now. This office has failed to clarify or rectify the situation, leaving me frustrated and stuck dealing with their repeated correspondence. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this practice altogether. Do they ever answer their phone? As a new patient, it's so upsetting to call and get not answer but a record machine. I'd be requesting a more professional referral from my insurance.
