Poor manners all around this place. Rest tech was awkward and acted like the shot he gave me wasn’t painful and I was over reacting. Also, as I arrival the receptionist said my card declined. I said I’m pretty sure it’s not me. She scanned multiple cards and it was in fact her system which she didn’t even apologize.

Amazing!! From the staff to the treatment. I visited Sports Ortho for a few months twice a week due to an accident. The staff is excellent & caring. The staff takes time to get to know you & your personal needs. They helped me treat different levels of pain and found the best possible solution. I loved their treatment & they definitely know what they are doing. No long waits & you get one on one time as needed for your issue/issues.You also don't have to worry about the constant change of doctors or therapist as some places may do. Amazing orthopedic office!! I highly recommend this clinic!

Awful awful customer service, I’ve called and called more than 10 times, No one answers the phone nor do they call you back when you leave a voicemail, oh I did get a hold of them the first time I called, the receptionist said she couldn’t help me so she transferred me to another place and they’ve never got back to me but it’s ok I’ll go elsewhere

Their expertise in sports injuries was evident throughout my treatment, and their staff was always professional and welcoming. Thanks to their guidance and care, my ankle has fully recovered, and I’m back to doing what I love.
