Just called, I talked with an amazing woman named Lorraine, she answered all my questions and I’m certain Spira care is the best fit for me. Thank you Lorraine :). Always Clean. Fast Service. Easy to get appointments. The have free snacks and coffee/tea/coco. Eco friendly practices. Overall a great experience

I arrived 25 minutes before close and was turned away, despite the clinic being completely empty. One doctor had already left, and the other was ready to leave. It’s hard to feel valued as a patient when showing up on for an urgent need is treated as an inconvenience. I’ll be switching insurance as soon as possible. If patient care takes a backseat to convenience, what’s the point?

I cannot tell you can much I love this place! On my initial wellness consult, the doctor spent 75 minutes with me! Since I was used to only getting about 5-10 with other healthcare, I kept thinking she was going to end the session quickly, but she started talking to me the entire 75 minutes. I felt like she got the big picture of my body... Plus, she really cared! I received a referral to KU Med for an issue because she wanted a specialist to speak to me. I needed blood work, and they got me in the same day onsite. I needed a chest x-ray, and they took care of it onsite. I needed an appointment for a cough, and they were able to get me in the SAME day that I called. I have paid not one penny for any visits (including KU Med). Cannot recommend Spira Care and the Crossroads location enough. It’d been years since id been to the doctor for various reasons, so I was nervous about going again. Immediately the receptionist was SO kind and helpful, and the office was bright, comfortable, and inviting. I was seen almost right away, the nurse was very friendly and helpful with my questions, and my doctor was even more so. Even when she noticed things she was concerned about, she was so calm and clear about everything that I was kept at ease about everything. I received a referral to get a scan done and was seen almost immediately by the woman who helps manage referrals who, also, was extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Spira Care Crossroads. I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. The front desk staff is friendly, as are the nurses. I see Heather Bridgens and she is without a doubt the best provider I have ever had. I actually look forward to coming in to see her. She makes me feel so comfortable and answers any and all questions I have. She is truly exceptional. And like I said, all the other staff I have ever interacted with there are great. The Spira Care model in general is something I really like. They take their time and really make you feel seen.
