I was referred here by my primary care doctor for chronic back pain. The office itself is really nice, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. As a new patient, there were just two short forms to fill out, so I’d suggest getting there a few minutes early to park and get those done before your appointment. I met three staff members during my visit : the young lady at the front desk, the nurse, and Dr. Turnley. Everyone was polite and professional, just not overly warm or chatty. Maybe it was the gloomy Monday weather, but the overall vibe felt a little flat. Still, they were kind and got everything taken care of without any hassle. Almost a month ago I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Michelle Turnley for this morning. Arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to be told that nobody is available to conduct my scheduled test. My contact information was never reviewed when the appointment was scheduled by the office staff and the phone number they have attempted to use is a home number that belonged to my parents when I was a teen. MY TIME IS NO LESS IMPORTANT TO ME THAN THE DOCTOR'S TIME IS TO HER. EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful. Won't be back!
