SpineCare is the only place I go for my chiropractic needs. Dr Heather and Dr BJ are amazing. I have been a patient there for over 15 years and will keep coming back. They take the time to evaluate you and create a plan to fit your needs. They don't rush you and they treat you with respect. The whole staff is great!

I had always been afraid of chiropractors until I met BJ. I told him about my phobia, and he immediately helped put me at ease by calmly explaining everything he was doing. The experience was incredible—I felt like the karate kid and he was Mr. Miyagi guiding me through it. He has worked on both my upper and lower back, and the results have been amazing. I still use the exercises he gave me for my upper back, and I haven’t had that problem again in years. Truly a great experience! Thanks

BJ is the best chiropractor out there. I had migraine for 4 days despite medication and he was able to wipe it out and within hours I was pain free. He is hands down the best and the staff is great!

Time and time again, Dr. BJ has put me back together again! In addition to just a regular adjustment after travel or looking at a laptop a lot, I have hobbled in there a few times in excruciating pain. His track record is 100% at helping me push through pain and barely being able to move. I love the family vibe he and his wife have, and their front desk people are always super friendly and helpful. They truly care about their patients and know about my life, and support my events and business too. They are a true gem in Cary!
