Our daughter worked with Reid for several months following intense chemotherapy and radiation treatments. During the initial consultation they set goals which included her return to a physical and active lifestyle while reducing pain. Over the course of therapy, Reid always met her where she was at, physically and medically, and he methodically worked with her to build back her base while gaining strength, cardio and stability.

I'm a tall, very healthy, 65 year-old man, and went to Reid, beginning three years ago, for serious and debilitating Sciatic Nerve, and lower back pain. I was miserable, and the pain was ruining my experience of life. Following his guidance and instruction for these past three years, has, for all practical purposes, eliminated my Sciatic, and lower back pain. As this is still an area of weakness in my bodily makeup, I continue to do my exercises regularly. With Reid's great guidance, I'm now able to fully participate in life, and the debilitating pain is simply a non-issue. It's genuinely a transformative experience. I can't recommend Reid more highly. He's a great guy, a true professional, and in my experience, pretty much a miracle worker.

After being diagnosed with scoliosis as an adolescent, I didn’t think much about it until my mid-40s, when I woke up one morning unable to walk or bend over to get dressed due to intense pain. As a busy mom of four, this was both confusing and frustrating, especially since I hadn’t had any obvious injuries (aside from a couple of broken ribs from a fall while skiing a few years prior). Over the next several months, I saw my chiropractor and PCP, who referred me to physical therapy and a pain management specialist. I tried PT, NSAIDs, and injections, but none of them provided lasting relief. Feeling overwhelmed and scared, I did some research and came across Spine Strong Physical Therapy. Although I had never heard of the Schroth Method, I contacted Reid and that turned out to be, without

I had experienced hip pain and a limp for many years and had seen many practitioners for help. I started with Reid at Spine Strong last May and now I am pain free! I can walk and hike over 2 hours with no pain! I get on the ground and play with my dog and have no problem getting up. I've started going to the gym to build overall strength and hope to do a charity walk in the Spring. And one of the best "side effects" is getting a good night's sleep!

Having scoliosis and osteoarthritis has prompted me over the years to seek out everything from pain patches, facet joint injections, nerve block injections, rhizotomy, and acupuncture, most of which failed to bring relief for my particular issues. I came across Spine Strong Physical Therapy and I was impressed at the very first appointment, since Dr. Reid was not only listening to me, but hearing me. I could tell immediately he was formulating a treatment plan unique to my concerns and I have been pleased so far. It's really helpful referring to the exercise videos to eliminate any guesswork as to the placement of your arms and legs. Dr. Reid is extremely knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and encourages you along the way. Reach out, you'll be glad you did.
