Spine & Sport Physical Therapy - Downtown National City

I love this new location in National City. The therapists are the best. No weird vibes from them. Always smiling when greeting you and by your name (good memory and shows they care). They are willing to work with you depending on your status that day, also challenging you if you are up for it (I usually am!) You never stop learning new movements/exercises, these people really are knowledgeable. And if you think you haven’t gotten better at least you will have a change of attitude regarding your well being! I will be sending anyone their way that needs physical therapy. 🫶🏼

Great staff! From the reception all the way up to the GM. Everyone is welcoming and the place is always super clean! I recommend this place to everyone
