While I generally refrain from providing reviews, I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service and care I received from all individuals in this office. From the front desk to the care staff, it was phenomenal. Dr. McCollom and Dr. Collins were exceptionally approachable and communicative in addressing my concerns and offering potential solutions to those concerns.

Dr. McCollum and staff are caring and compassionate. I felt heard and acknowledged there. This practice is much better than the Melbourne office. They don’t over book their schedule and make you feel like a number. Thank you all so much for your help !

Extremely disappointed in the after "care" from this practice. There was no actual care. They scheduled an appointment and I came in and I was turned away because I no longer had legal representation from an accident I did not cause. Not only did they not call me to tell me they would not be able to see me unless I had my own lawyer or PIP insurance info, but they were very rude about it.

Their approach to treatment goes beyond medical expertise; they genuinely care about your health and comfort. Every need is met with kindness, making you feel valued and well-cared for throughout your recovery journey.
