Dr. Smith was very personable & compassionate to my injuries. He explained everything along the way so I could understand, which was comforting to me. Terrible customer service with call center, lady was extremely rude and aggravated that I called to schedule an appointment when I asked to speak with someone else, she said no one was available but then she transferred me and then call was disconnected. I would really appreciate it if someone from the office can call me back, because everyone in office was super nice which is why I called to reschedule.

Dr. Smith was very personable and professional. He took the time to understand the full extent of my situation and provided great insight and expectations for my short and long term rehabilitation.

Met with the Dr., and found he was very interested in my health, and very attentive. Great clinic, but was a little difficult to find behind Davita. Was a great clinic though, and will be returning there again.

The staff and the doctor was amazing, short wait time and everything was explained to me in detail, would highly recommend.
