Spencer Place

Spencer Place has been great to my mother! Nurse Holly is one of the best nurses I have had the pleasure in knowing. Sebrina is the best as well she always keeps me updated on my mom. Debbie is absolutely wonderful she doesn’t hesitate to get out and help in any department. Laundry and housekeeping is wonderful the building always looks and smells great. Nursing staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Dietary staff is so compassionate and loving towards the residents. This is one of the best buildings! It is so warm and loving. It feels like home anytime you walk in. Definitely recommend bringing your loved one here!!

Spencer Place provides a warm, friendly, close-knit environment for its residents and families. My dad has been part of this community for a little over 2 years. The staff provide professional and excellent care as well as knowing each resident by name and treating them with respect. As a family member, I am always welcomed, recognized as part of dad's care team and my opinion is valued. Debbie, Holly and Sebrina are excellent leaders, leading by example and expecting the same from their staff. The staff are attentive to the individual needs and meet them promptly, giving us, the family peace of mind. My mother is a resident at Spencer Place and is very happy there. The staff are always nice and personally care for each and every resident. I see employees spending time with their residents even when they are off the clock. Being a smaller community gives you the feel that everyone is family. They personally come to everyone’s room to invite them to their meals and activities. Nobody is ever left out or left behind. They take the time to get to know each and every person and make them feel as if they are part of the family. I’m glad we chose Spencer place and feel secure that they are always there for our mother..

The Spencer Place team is incredibly dedicated and truly treats my mom as if she were a member of their own family. We want to give a special shout-out to Sabrina, Mikayla, Lindsey, and Madelyn—and truly too many more to mention. The way they 'love on' my mom and show such genuine concern is remarkable. It’s the compassion and kindness they pour into their work every day that gives our family such peace of mind. Knowing she is surrounded by people who sincerely care for her is a gift, and we are so grateful for everything they do.

I have had the pleasure and good fortune of interacting with Spencer Place for many years. It is a very comfortable, clean, and well managed ALF. Holly, Sebrina, and Debbie are excellent at making sure all the residents are well cared for. They also are very good at communicating the residents condition and or concerns with families. It has a very home- like atmosphere I would absolutely feel safe with a loved one living here! I would highly recommend Spencer Place
