Spencer Animal Hospital

Regretfully, I feel I have to make this review to help/warn others. I have long been a fan of Dr. Sullivan and Spencer Animal Hospital. She has helped the local humane society, is a kind, compassionate vet and USED TO BE one of the most reasonable vets around, in an area where much of the local community is low-income. Unfortunately, those days are gone. Since moving into the new building closer to Ithaca, her rates have skyrocketed, and the fees felt intentionally hidden. My animals required an exam and one service, that was not vaccine related. She entered the room with vaccines already drawn up to administer. Amazing Vets! Dr Sullivan is literally a life saver. She helped me with my feline baby Flint. My angel. He lived a very short life, but Dr Sullivan helped give us more time together. He was born with a mutation.. I will forever be great full for the the compassion, care, and love she gave to my baby Flint. She has helped me with my other feline babies as well. But the time she took, last minute, out of the blue, to help my baby Flint... You cannot find that kind of care and love at just any vet office. Spencer Animal Hospital may be in a small town, but there is more love here than you will find in any surrounding vet offices.

Roxanne and her staff take such good care of my dogs and cats. They are calm and patient when my dog is scared, and treat my elderly cat with special care and attention. Their compassion is extraordinary, and I couldn't recommend them more.
