I brought my 2 kids in around noon yesterday. Dr. Holder I believe was amazing!!!! He was very attentive, made me feel heard, and was very respectful. My kids (5mos old and 5yo) were both diagnosed with RSV. He made us feel very comfortable. Fast forward to about 1am. I had to bring her back (as instructed if certain new symptoms started to show). Of course there’s a different doctor there at this hour. Totally expected it, no problem there. Except DR.ANTHONY M. was the physician at that time. I had no issue with WHAT he was saying, but his bedside manner was awful! It was like a 360. He’d ask a question then interrupt while I’m answering, very dismissive, and made me feel very unheard with my concerns. He kept throwing in my face “I’ve been doing this 30 years” and saying “well what do yo

The staff (nurses) were unfriendly and rushed through the process. The foreign doctor on staff seemed very annoyed and distracted by my sick child’s cries. He spoke to my husband and myself as if the event that led to us arriving in the hospital was “no big deal”. He did not examine my child AT ALL before speaking to us regarding a “diagnosis”. The Caucasian doctor on staff was a lot more helpful and actually examined and explained the events to my husband and I. He was the friendliest interaction during our time in the ER.

I would love to leave zero stars! I gave birth 1-20-26 at home and had to take my child in for antibiotics due to testing positive for GBS. At less than 4 hours old they sent us to emergency pediatrics, weighed her in at 9 lbs 10 oz. I asked if that was correct, was told yes although she didn’t look/feel like a 10 lb baby. Then they proceeded to dose her based on her weight. At a little over a day old she had her newborn check up and weighed in at 6 lbs 9 oz! Her doctor even said there was no way she could lose that much weight in less than a day if she was feeding well and having the correct number of good diapers. My kids have always been treated well at this hospital. They are kind, quick and efficient. Our most recent visit required my two year old being put under anesthesia for a procedure and the nurses and doctors made me feel reassured that she would be okay. They explained her aftercare instructions and made sure every question was answered. They eased my mind through a scary situation and took great care of my baby.

We got back quick, due to my son's presenting trouble breathing, wheezing and shortness of breath, weird tracheal congestion, and a cough that came on out of nowhere. He was immediately triaged while we waited for a room. Nurses were in and out and all of them seemingly had different opinions on what the issue was. Doctors asked the routine normal questions. Doctors did not listen to my concerns abt it being a possible allergic reaction. I told every nurse and doctor that touched him detailed reasons why I felt it was allergy and nothing. They treated him with a breathing treatment and an oral steroid in the ER and was observed for a couple of hours, to make sure there was no reaction. Upon discharge,I even brought it up to the discharge nurse and asked her what the final diagnosis was and
