Spectrum Store

Absolute trash for service. Was offered fiber optic for internet and paying fiber optic prices but all we recieved was coaxial internet hookup. The service randomly goes out to where we cant use it in the evenings, and the website shows no outages. I don't even know why we pay for this service and can't enjoy it, especially when needed for my online college courses. Can't get any help from customer service about this either. Can't wait until we can switch providers. Breezeline was so much better.

I transferred my business phone to them months ago. I still haven’t gotten my phone number ported over. They have wasted hours and hours of my time. Making me as a customer go back and forth with the other company. Now, they ported the number over to the wrong part within their company and are telling me that is my problem. Excuse me, you did that. Now, I am losing business and not getting my business phone calls and the issue still isn’t resolved. I have attached one screenshot of a phone call with them that got nowhere. But, that is just one of many calls and doesn’t include the hours I have spent in the store.

Don’t fall for it. Door to door salesman claimed they were now offering fiber in my area that was 1Gb up and down the same as Frontier. Placed an order and the modem was for a coax connection. Called Spectrum and they don’t offer fiber in the area. Straight up lied to.

Unfortunately, each visit to the office caused confusion and frustration. I cancelled my account and even had issues turning in my modem. The store associate said I had another modem out that needed to be returned or I would be charged--only to find out it was the same modem I gave to her when closing my account.

Horrible customer service i will be closing my account. After being a 5 yr customer with u guys and always making on time payments you want to charge me a month of service for a residence i was moved out of at that time. You do real well at having your Employees to stick to there paper there readung from but no matter how you surgar coat it you guys are a multi million dollar company charging the average hard working human way to much for garbage service.
