Being new to Frisco, I was forced to find a dentist quick due to a broken crown. I did at quick search for “top-ranked dentists, Frisco, TX”. Mind you, this is not my preferred way to find a doctor, but I had to take my chances due to the circumstances. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Spectacular Smiles/Dr. Esteso’s office. I was warmly greeted by everyone from the reception desk employee, to the assistant, to Dr. Esteso himself. I have often felt like an interruption in the day of many offices, whether medical or business, so at this point my expectations are relatively low. Dr. Esteso’s office raised the bar for me. My experience at Dr. Paul Esteso’s office was excellent. I originally booked my appointment through the OpenCare platform, and the entire process—from scheduling to confirmation—was smooth and well-coordinated between OpenCare and Dr. Paul’s office. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, especially Deborah, who took the time to walk me through the details of my next appointment, the estimated costs, and the recommended treatment plan. Her guidance made everything clear and easy to understand. Rasha was my hygienist and handled all my X-rays and 3D imaging. She was extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Esteso is the best dentist! He made me laugh and smile while I was getting my teeth fixed. Him and his team were all super friendly and nice. Best dentistry in DFW!!

I went there through the OpenCare promotion, just for a cleaning. They told me I had three cavities that needed fillings. During the procedure, they said another tooth also needed a filling. In the middle of the filling, they performed a cleaning on the same side of my mouth. I left the office in pain, assuming it was normal. When I returned complaining about the pain, they said it was due to a bite-height issue with the new fillings and did some grinding. Also, I got a night guard. Despite that, I couldn’t eat on that side for two weeks and spent my entire Christmas and New Year that way. The office was closed, and the first available appointment was January 6th.
