I also want to highlight how polite and friendly the drivers are—they are always respectful, punctual, and very kind to us specially Orlando and Bryan. Overall, an incredible experience. Sandy, from client services, is great. As every company, it has it quirks but when you have someone like her to assist, it makes things better. Tom and Dorel are also a pleasure to work with. We wish they had more deliveries during the day for those patients newly admitted/readmitted and that one website/login helped with all the other apps available.
