Dr. SHALEESH GUPTA and his trainees. Followups after Cataract surgery. Other patients and I filing suit & its criteria. 1. We had an appt time that all the others had when walked into sign in and wait.wait.wait. 2. Finally after waiting a long time, your name is called. We started the journey, 1st eye chart evaluation.then back to Waiting room. 2nd Eye health tests with analyzer instruments looking at Blue light, taking pics. Pressure test...etc. 3. Told need Cataract Surgery in right eye. Surgery day, told be there at 5am. Didnt get started until 6am or whenever Dr. GUPTA wanted to show up? After surgery RESULT IS The WRONG optical lens was inserted into eye causing objects to appear smaller than other eye. So was told by Gupta that was normal?? Dr Gupta and his crew are wonderful-professional, kind and caring. I had to have emergency surgery for a detached/tear retina. The team at his office was amazing-scheduled an emergency appointment for me that day and scheduled surgery the next day. Please know you may have to wait however it is worth it-this is not often. I waited the first day because I was a walk in. My next appointment right in. My next appointment I had to wait-he had emergencies. Remember you may be that emergency walk-in. I will refer my family and friends to his office. By the way I do very few reviews. Thank you ladies and gentlemen and Dr Gupta for taking care of me and making me feel safe.

Very good experience for my husband who is diabetic and was sent here for checkup. Carlos and David were fantastic. Checked my husband's eyes with machines and he did a test where they had to put an iv of dye into him. Everything went so smoothly. Dr Gupta wasn't in due to emergency so he saw Dr Bawcombe who was also very good. From front desk to finishing up everything went great! Very happy with this place.

I absolutely hate coming here. The wait is ridiculously long, you spend 3 hours here minimum! You wait in the lobby an hour then wait another 2 bouncing from station to station. It makes no sense at all. No one calls to confirm your appt so you have to remember to come. The positive side of things, staff is friendly , especially Angel and Angela and the little young short one, I don’t remember her name. Dr Gupta is a little mean but he knows his stuff so that’s why I still come in. And this is for both locations 😫

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service and follow up. I’ve been waiting over a month for my refund. $1725 is not a little amount of money and the fact they act like they don’t date makes it disgusting . NEVER GO HERE!!!!! Oh can’t forget the fact for the process to get cataract surgery is terrible. Had me and my mom waiting almost 6 hours just to schedule the appointment. Had us jump through hoops like an animal. Disturbingly rude people all around. Only nice one is Amanda!! We waited hours and hours and instead of showing empathy the staff snaps back when you ask them why is it taking so long. Overall, Terrible, terrible, terrible !! Never go here please save yourself the trouble
