Specialty Care Center

The people that works there are very slow. Never answers the phone, never fax papers in timely manner, you can have an appointment at 10am and won't get your vitals done until 12pm. go on lunch break have you waiting all day just to call you after lunch to put you in a room for another 45 minutes. If you don't have any place to be or a have a life this the place for you. You will definitely be there 4 hours or more. I see why they have 2 stars. The State definitely needs look into this facility!!!

Reception, one of the ladies was very nice and helpful, very cheerful but the rest seemed like they wanted nothing to do with you. The nurse that attended me, I think is named Tamika was very friendly and nice, she makes you feel as if she actually wants to help which is great. The time could be better but the biggest issue was my first point. Other than that, everyone else was friendly and helpful.

It is very hard to find Doctors that are caring and Dr McLean really impressed me. He was very through with collecting medical history as well as physical examination. His MA is excellent as well as front desk staff. Credit card machine is out of service, so bring check or cash.

The medical records department ccouldn' be interrupted from her computer after ringing (3) times on first visit, then having the staff downstairs call for me. I went back upstairs to ring the bell again. Only to get angry & walk away. I will need to find a better Physcian. This will not work for me long term.
