Specialized Therapeutic Massage of CNY

This is the WORST Groupon experience ever. I made my appointment about a week ago, I called the place a day before my appointment to confirm. The appointment was at 1245. I drove from Watertown and still managed to arrived around 1235. One of the patients who was there to see another Provider let me in. No problem, I took a seat facing a hallway. Finally a guy came out with an elderly lady might have been a customer, (At this point I’ve been there for about 20 minutes, not one person came and spoke to me or ask me if I was there for an appointment). The guy put his coat on, had a basket in his hand, walked toward me and acted like he didn’t see me, literally avoided eye contact. Still not word were spoken to me. He walked out and never to be seen again. At this point it’s about 1:07 P.M. a

Maxie is extremely knowledgeable and talented. I came in a few months ago with a constant middle back pain and in just two sessions I feel so much better. She takes the time to listen to your ailments and then gets to work on healing with several different techniques (massage, aromatherapy, hot/cold stones, cupping, etc.) depending on your individual needs. The price is very reasonable and the atmosphere is clean, quiet, and relaxing.

My husband and I have been to Specialized Therapeutic Massage several times. Maxie & Tim are incredibly talented at their craft. Maxie is amazing with her knowledge of pressure points. This knowledge allows her to relieve the tension without any feeling of being sore or overworked. Tim is also incredible. His knowledge of sports massage is extensive. He addressed all of my tension and left my muscles feeling relieved and not sore. I would recommend them to anyone!

Worst customer service. My cousin was not able to get her money back or to re-schedule the visit. It was a nice gift for her husband, he was there but no-one answer, he left and when she tried to get an answer, they just refuse to re-schedule the appointment. Bad customer service. I was thinking to go there with her for her birthday but now, it seems that it won't worth it.

Never actually got to go. They refused my Groupon, saying that the person who provides the service is injured and out indefinitely. No offer of an alternative. Very curt replies, no one will answer the phone or return calls. They do business by text only. Terrible customer service. Groupon refunded my money.
