Specialized Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Ryan is the only Physical Therapist that has helped with my chronic pain. The office and all staff are warm & welcoming. This has been the best experience.

I'm the absolute last human on the earth to have believed the results I'm getting. I ignored a rotator cuff injury for 6 months cuz "it's just more old lady stuff" and figured it would pass. It didn't. I broke down, admitted weakness...and after xrays found out I'm experiencing a very "common" injury. PFFT! Since I was caught being stupid, I guess I'd have to suffer physical therapy. UGH. Hyper, smiling, fit, young and condescending - yup, stupid again! OK, they are fit and young, I'm NOT jealous. THEY aren't condescending, they don't treat anyone like geezers, and compared to me everyone seems hyper. Fine. Moral of the story: DON'T BE A ME! These people are great. I'm getting great results. You won't be sorry. :)

She took the time to listen carefully to my specific pelvic floor needs. She explained everything clearly and created an achievable personalized plan. Ryan at the Hope Valley office is excellent! He is personable and professional. I went to Physical Therapy to address shoulder pain, and the care I received quickly eased my discomfort, while increasing my strength and mobility. The exercises that Ryan gave me have helped to maintain my range of motion and avoid future pain. Eva, his administrative assistant, is also wonderful! She is friendly and helpful, and made sure I was able to book appointments that worked with my schedule. Highly recommend!!

Ryan is great. He has helped me with both my back and a knee replacement. Highly recommend him.
