My experience with McKenzie has been fantastic. She is an exceptionally knowledgeable and empathetic DPT who truly listens to her patients. Even when I struggled to explain what was wrong, her insightful questions helped her get to the root of my issues. She explained everything clearly and validated my concerns, which made me feel confident in the treatment plan. What truly sets her apart is how thorough she is. She took the time to double check the insurance details on my chart and worked with me to create a treatment plan and schedule that fit my needs. I left feeling prepared and equipped for my recovery. The entire staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a wonderful environment. They also did a great job of following up with me.
