Sparta Dental Designs: Tirpack Edward M DMD MAGD

Beware! This dentist is out for the money. I was charged for an after hours visit although my appt was during normal business hours. I was also asked to pay cash up front despite the fact that I have dental insurance. I asked him to reverse the charge but he refused. Stay far away - there are a lots of other good dentists in town.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tirpack for over 30 years, and his exceptional approach, genuine concern, and dedication to patient care have always been top notch. He takes the time to listen, explain, and ensure you feel comfortable and cared for at every visit. The entire team at the practice is welcoming, kind, and professional, making each experience a positive one. I highly recommend Dr. Tirpack and his staff to anyone seeking outstanding medical care.

The office staff at the reception have little customer service experience. The also schedule for an appointment and have you wait. I was scheduled for 1:00 pm and didn't get into 1:20, because they were upstairs eating lunch and talking. This happened more than once. Dr. Tirpack doesn't communicate with you once you finish, as your walking out he directs you to the right hand door, the finance dept. which is not professionally done. The financial women is not professional either. I literally was stopped from leaving because i had approx. $3. balance which I hadn't realized. Loved my new dentist in the area! Finally found someone who had it all!! Then came the billing and insurance issues….. needed a root canal so obviously had to see a specialist ( which was absolutely great!!!!) went back to the dentist for the finishing steps …. well I was shown a paper with figures on it, ins covered , pt responsibility etc. from a $1600+ proposed bill I would b responsible for $812. ( I just paid $800 on a $2100 root canal at the endo) I was told I had to put a $300 deposit down and make a first payment of a balance I’d owe before work even started then pay the balance I owed before the completion of the work …. Well needless to say I paid nd had another procedure done after…. and now I owe over $600 bc they said I had reached my annual limit thru my insurance before The
