Sparks Physical Therapy

I recently found myself in a position to need physical therapy, something I was unsure about, but at the same time, knew I needed. Being active is of profound importance to me, especially being outdoors. What I discovered in Sparks Physical Therapy and with Brett’s expert guidance, was that I was in the perfect place. The therapy space is clean and absolutely beautiful. Brett is professional and the very best listener and knows exactly what to do to get to the core of my problems. I have only had three therapy sessions so far, but I can tell the difference already. Very grateful.

Great practice. Needs are addressed. When you are assigned a PT they work with you throughout your treatment. You are not handed off to an assistant, etc. This is my second round of therapy in the past few years (for different reasons). I was able to work with Jessica again who was already familiar with my challenges. She listens to concerns and goes beyond to provide remedies to correct. She connected me to a great yoga practice after I shared an interest in doing especially once PT ended. The office staff are delightful and efficient. Scheduling appointments is easy. The overall space is welcoming, bright and spacious. There is ample parking right outside the building so access is easy. I went to therapy at Sparks PT for months. Very friendly people but I never got any better; nothing was ever diagnosed. And when we parted ways, I was notified a much later that I still "owed" them two copays- even though my card was always on file and I was told during each visit that I had been charged. I contacted the office and I was told one of the billings was incorrect; they had the wrong date. They continued to hound me for the money, even though the mistake was 100% on them. Very disappointed in their unprofessional handling of the financial situation.

I have been seeing Dr. Mandy as part of my prenatal care and she is phenomenal. I have been experiencing some challenging pain in my hips and ribs through my pregnancy and working with her has helped me bring me so much relief. She offers me exercises to continue on my own time and is a such a joy to my day when I have appointments with her. Grateful to Sparks Physical Therapy and for Dr. Mandy.

Mandy Rose has been my physical therapist for pelvic therapy. Very professional, personable, and caring and someone who really listens. I could not ask for a better or more knowledgeable therapist. All of the staff are pleasant and accommodating at this great physical therapy facility.
