Spanish Fork Rehab & Nursing

My husband was in here for 10 days and he’s a hard patient to work with sometimes. The staff was so great to him. Taylor has helped me a lot . We love Rachel the physical therapist. My husband didn’t care for the food but he hasn’t stayed on a diabetic diet so he wasn’t used to it. ( That’s the way he should have been eating along lol). I would recommend this facility to a family member for rehab. The nurses were all very nice and of course we love Cortney too.

I would not recommend Spanish Fork Nursing and Rehab. They lied to me and they didn't have any compassion when I was forced to not be able to make money anymore and kicked out onto the street.

This place is really excellent! The staff here are really friendly and tries their best to help the residents here! I have really enjoyed my stay here and will miss the staff and the residents when I move into assisted living next month! I made some good friends here which I am happy about!

I spent one week in this facility following a total knee surgery. I found the the physical therapy department to be very competent and knowledgeable. The food was more than I could eat. and I had some excellent meals there. The cna staff is young, but friendly and eager to help. The nursing staff was caring and ((usually) prompt with meds. Cleanliness was a priority. I would stay at SF nursing & rehab again and would recommend it to family and friends. My only recommendation would be better communication about schedules and expectations. Thanks for . a great visit!

I hurt my knee badly in a fall, and went here after the hospital. The physical therapists were very good and understanding, and after arriving and not being able to lift my right leg off of the bed, they worked with me to regain my strength and walking ability. The nurses were kind and good and made sure that I got my medications on time. Also the aides were attentive and friendly with assisting with personal issues. The meals helped me regain strength and weight. One of the best things is that they keep track of any doctor appointments you have and make sure you are driven there and stay with you if needed. Very clean and nice. I also met several friends among other residents.
