I cannot say enough about how wonderful this office is—specifically Dr. Lambert. Dr. Lambert is so kind and knowledgeable. She is also really great with children. My daughter has struggled with ear infections for most of her life and she is terrified of doctors and doctors’ offices. Dr. Lambert made her feel comfortable and was able to complete her evaluation quickly. Prior to my daughter’s visit, she had struggled for over a year and a half with feeding issues as a result of an untreated tongue tie; however, it was rather difficult to find anyone who would take the issue seriously. Dr. Lambert listened to my concerns and was able to assess, diagnose, and create a plan for my daughter during her visit. We have several challenges that make dental work difficult for our son, and the entire staff go above and beyond what is required and make the experience pleasant, without ever making us feel different or extra in any way. Spangler Pediatric Dentistry is hands down the best pediatric dentist we’ve been to—I only wish we had started here first! We originally went for a second opinion, and right away they stood out. Before our first visit, they sent me a treatment plan so I could prepare questions and know what to expect. At the appointment, the dentist took time to explain everything with visuals, and they were even able to do some work the same day to help relieve my son’s tooth pain. The staff was absolutely wonderful—encouraging him every step of the way, making sure he was comfortable, and being playful to ease his nerves. Love this place, everyone is super nice and Dr. Lipp is amazing. They are so good with my daughter. It really makes my heart happy. I would have loved to have this experience as a child. If I could give them a hundred stars I would for sure.
