Their customer service is unmatched; they always go out of their way to help, answer questions, and make sure I’m taken care of. It’s such a rare thing to find people who truly care the way they do. This pharmacy is hands down the best! They go above and beyond with their friendly, efficient, and speedy service. You can tell they take pride in taking care of their customers in how they communicate. I have even had someone call to tell me they ran out of a med needed (I called in a refill that day) but they ordered it and would have it ready tomorrow! I wasn't even expecting it same day! Every single interaction I have had with every staff member has been above what was expected, and far superior to any chain store pharmacy experiences. Thank you!

Had been using Rite Aid for 20 + years. Since they went out of business I decided to change pharmacies. Spanaway Pharmacy staff are all pleasant, patient. I have not had any problems. The hours are great for me and the location is perfect.

My dad has been going to this pharmacy for years. Always has good things to say. Helpful and polite staff. I went to get my dad’s meds for post op and there was an issue with communication between the hospital and Spanaway Pharmacy. The staff cleared it up for us and was able to get the prescriptions next day no problem. Whenever I need prescriptions filled, I’m going here.

My current pharmacy called me today and told me that I couldn't get one of my really important medicines for the next 30 days. I ended up calling this pharmacy, and they had it transferred and filled within 2 hours. It was absolutely wonderful. And as soon as I went into the pharmacy they were so kind, and helpful. And this is definitely my new home pharmacy. I've dealt with a lot of different pharmacies. And this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Thank you guys so very much. I appreciate what you do, you guys are wonderful!!
