Dr. Spain is truly the best orthodontist in New Jersey! She makes you feel completely at ease and takes the time to explain everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms. Dr. Spain and his entire staff go above and beyond to ensure every patient feels cared for and comfortable. I’m so impressed with the quality of care and professionalism here. I can’t wait until my daughter is ready for her braces—we’ll definitely be coming back! Was recommended Dr. Spain by my son's pediatric dentist November 2024. He and his staff are professional and friendly....and most importantly, my kid likes him! They never overbook, which I appreciate so much a parent with a busy schedule. The office is clean as well. We plan to use him for the next set of braces my son will need too, and would highly recommend him ❤️

His attention to detail and ability to explain each step of the process, is appreciated. In addition, he patiently listens to his patients and does not deter you from asking questions. If there was a poster of someone that represents what a professional in their craft looks like it would be Dr. Spain. Treated both of my kids. The absolute best!!!
