Spage's Pharmacy

Have been using Spage’s for the last 3 years—-we like to support local businesses. My family will be taking our business elsewhere. Customer service is deplorable. I would Not Recommend to anyone!

I might be moving my medication to a Different Pharmacy. Because NO ONE LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TOLD THEM ABOUT USING TAPE ON THE TEST STRAPS HERE IS A PICTURE OF IT TAPED TOGETHER WITH CLEAN TAPE & HERE IS A PICTURE AFTER THE CLEAN TAPE WAS CUT & CAN'T EVERY PUT A LABEL ON A BOX OF LANCETS On Tuesday January 21, 2025, a Refill Medication was called in at 6:30 am & I used there phone system to Refill my Medication & when I went to pick it up at 3:00 pm it was NOT EVERY READY & THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH PILLS TO FILL MY MEDICATION. TOLD ME IT WILL BE READY TONIGHT. On Saturday February 15, 2025, Spage's Pharmacy doesn't follow instant very good it depends on who you're talking to at Spage's Pharmacy. Spage's Pharmacy needs to be SOLD to person who cares for the Customers & the Owner now is NEV

This Pharmacy, is easily the BEST Pharmacy I've been to. Spages Pricing, Timing, customer service, requests, preordering, and even their store selection is the best! They take medicaid and Alot of the different providers/ Insurance. Thats the #1 reason Ive had to switch pharmacys in the past... And ive been to every other pharmacy on the island, and off. I've never had any issues regarding my insurance with Spages. I only pay $1 for each prescription, regardless of insurance provider. So amazing because literally any time i changed my insurance, or even had issues with coverage, I was Always covered. They took every provider i had, even when i didnt, and only had Straight Medicaid. No issues at all. Not even Once. Providers : Emblem/HIP/fedilis/United Health are just a few that i had. And

The staff is always so friendly, and so HELPFUL! They go above and beyond to help you and your family get the medications or treatments you need, with suggestions of alternative products if what you are looking for is not in stock, or how to save a few $$ if a product goes on sale. A true Family, Neighborhood pharmacy, and a wonderful part of our Saint James community. We will be sticking with them for years to come!

Update: New Year 2025! My family temporarily resides several towns away from Spages right now. BUT - NO Distance will keep me from them! STILL the Best people; Helpful, Knowledgeable and then Always The BEST Customer Service. In All of these years, They have Never let me down... I've Only become more and more impressed.
