Dr. Rylander is incredible. He is a wonderful doctor who really cares for his patients. The only downside if that you don’t have office appointments with him, only with the NP. I’ve had two colonoscopies with this practice and will continue to work with them. Office staff is also very nice.

I would not return or recommend. Office staff was hit or miss depending on who you talk to, I did not see the Dr, only the PA, who was so upset when I asked questions and discussed my previous diagnosis ( which did not align with what she was saying ) I could not get a word in and she was visually upset with my questions. Unhelpful at every step and I did not feel my health was a priority at any point in my visit.

Be prepared to wait all day. They should order dinner for the folks they stick back in the rooms. You get to the point that you wonder if they even remember you are there. The front desk staff is rude and has NO desire to listen before they’re trying to answer. You’ll never see a dr. Just a PA and she’s only worried about something else. Definitely will not return. When I told them I needed a refill and without it, it would mean I would have to go to the ER, the desk clerk told me “do what ya gotta do”.

This place is horrible people in the front desk. VERRY RUDE!!!! They are not very nice people threatening to not assist me any longer if I cancel or reschedule again, even though they have been the ones to cancel or reschedule my appointments the first time around. The second time they rescheduled me last minute not realizing I had prior engagements and the appointments being so far out. Professionalism is very poor in my opinion.

I was refereed by my RN. They gave me an appointment with their RN - very nice -. But she ordered a Colonoscopies' for polyps and they don't have appointment until March because the Dr is out of the country. They are an scam all they want is your money..they don't care about the patience health.
