Dr. Allen is an excellent eye doctor, and his staff is truly amazing. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The staff goes above and beyond to help with fitting glasses and giving honest feedback on what looks good, which I really appreciate. Dr. Allen takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for great eye care.

Called Dec 23 (last minute) to try to get in for the year. They were closing in a few hours and would not return until after the new year. Crystal was so cordial and helpful. She helped me to figure out how to fulfill my eye care insurance for this year and the next. She went over and above, immediately placing a claim and then seeing what the annual date was for 2026. So helpful and all with a cheerful attitude! Thank you, Crystal, for being such a great employee! And Dr. Allen was a great eye doctor as well. I’ll leave another review after my actual appointment.

I was a patient of doctor Doughty for a long time. When he retired, I began seeing Dr. Allen. Dr. Allen is amazing and cares about his patients. He is patient and takes the time to talk to you about what is happening with your eyes. He is very thorough and I am really happy to have him as my eye doctor. Everyone at his office are also great. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. They remember your name and everything about you. I get my glasses there as well and couldn't be happier with the care and attention to helping me with finding the right frame and fit. I am very happy with this office and everyone there. I highly recommend Dr. Allen and Space Coast Eye Care.

Dr. Allen and the staff here were wonderful. I don’t often feel compelled to write a review but they made our visit so easy. Dr. Allen was very good with explaining eye health in relation to my son’s type 1 diabetes in easy to understand terms. The ladies up front were so pleasant and kind helping explain insurance benefits as well as helping my son pick out a pair of frames. Exceptional all around.
