Spa Physical Therapy

Colleen and Amy were my roadmap and my coaches for a successful recovery from extensive rotator cuff repair surgery. At Spa Physical Therapy you will experience personalized one-on-one care. It's not a "big box" shop were you are an appointment. I'm glad I'm healed, but will miss my biweekly time with Colleen and Amy. Additional pluses: plenty of off street parking, right in Saratoga Springs, takes PayPal for payments, schedules out a month at a time and easy to contact in the event you need to reschedule. Best PT practice I've ever used.

This place is wonderful, and so different from other physical therapy centers I've been to. Word to the wise: if you prefer your physical therapy experience to be rooted in a sterile atmosphere and stand-offish demeanor, you probably won't click with this place. I, however, find the warmth and compassion that the staff exude to be Manna from heaven! The atmosphere is cheerful, homey (lots of flowering plants, magazines to read during cool therapy treatments), and relaxed. Colleen, the owner, is warm and engaging and very experienced. She did things other physical therapists I've used in the past had not: took flexibility measurements at our first session, which are followed up by reassessing with monthly progress reports. I have been to Spa PT for numerous issues. I always found Colleen and her staff to be helpful, informed and very friendly. They worked around my schedule to get me in. It’s the only place I will go when PT is recommended for me.

Colleen and Amy are fantastic therapists. I’ve been seeing them for a shoulder injury and they have helped me a great deal. I won’t go anywhere else!!!

All I can say is: THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Friendly, caring, professional. Can't ask for more than that in a Physical Therapy organization.
