Spa Creek Dental has not refunded money pre-paid for services to my mother (who lives in memory care). In May, I pre-paid for dental services to replace a missing crown for my mother. The time it took to examine then take impressions lasted a couple of months. She was supposed to have the crown replaced in August, but went into the hospital, so I cancelled the appointment. After that, my mother was placed in hospice care. Since August, I've asked for a refund for the portion of the large bill (over $1600) to be refunded for services not rendered, and was told I would be refunded a portion of that amount. Since August, I've been told that Accounts Payable should be sending a check. Nothing has been paid, yet the scheduling teams has contacted me several times about setting up a routine clea

Spa Creek does not complete scheduled dental work and cancel appointments at nursing homes frequently. My mother had teeth pulled in spring and they wanted her gums to heal before taking the impression for dentures which was done in early July. It is now the end of September and no one at Spa Creek is returning my calls or calls from the facility where my mother is under care. The services are fully paid for but they have not delivered. She has been without her bottom front teeth for 4 months. Terrible customer service and no communication.

Excellent service! My 97-year-old mother does not have dementia, but has a lot of trouble communicating due to poor hearing a vocal ability, so providers are often dismissive and fail to communicate with her. During the exam Dr. Cange took the time to clearly explain to not only me, but also my mother about her dental condition as well as the potential issues for further treatment. Dr Cange was so professional and helpful! Thank you, Dr Cange!

They have owed a refund since November of 2024 for my deceased mother's account. The refund is only for $146.30. I have made numerous calls to their billing department and all they can do is to continue to put in the request to the "supervisor", who apparently cannot be bothered to process the refund. Terrible financial customer service! 🤬 13 Feb 2025 Update: I was finally able to talk to someone with some clout at Spa Creek and the refund was issued. Grateful for that but it never should have gotten to that point. ☹

What a GREAT Service. My Mom has Dementia- the dentist and the tech visited her right at her Memory Care location and did all their work right there! She's on a schedule for regular service going forward. The service my Mom received was so tender, loving and caring. My Mom has always taken excellent care of her teeth, with Spa Creek Dental the care can continue!
