My son has a half of a heart wnd in the beginning DrGallo was our dentist after a couple years they stopped Taking our insurance and drgallo said we won’t charge you because your son needs special dental care and we want to keep Him here so we stayed and loved her. Then she LEAVES AND EVER SINCE WE HAVE BEEN TREATED SOOO POORLY THE OFFICE MANAGER CALLED ME A CHARITY CASE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME AND WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HER I WASNT Dr Gallo ASKED US To Stay THERE SHE PROCEEDED TO THREATEN ME WITH POLICE INFRONT OF MY CHILD AND REFUSED CARE HE Needed AND CAN POSSIBLY affect HIS HEART NOW IF I DON’T FIND ANOTHER DENTIST TO HANDLE HIS CARE IN TIME THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE NOW AND I AM CONTACTING A LAWYER

Southwoods consistently exceeds my expectations. They are kind and courteous, and always help my children develop better habit with brushing and flossing. They take thier time, and the quality of the service really comes through with each visit. I have now been using Southwoods for over a year, and won't be moving to another pediatric dentist anytime soon. These guys are awesome, thier facilities are clean, and organized and most importantly everything is kid friendly.

We have been going here for years, everyone is so wonderful. Dr Gallo was so sweet, kind, thorough, and helpful. She had to leave and I am happy to say that Dr Jason picked right up where she left off and didn't miss a beat. He is kind, caring and knowledgeable, and knows how to talk and relate to the kids. We are so greatful to have a Doctor of his caliber taking care of our children. Thank you to all the folks that work there!

The staff and hygienists are AMAZING!! They really know how to work with kids and make them feel safe and secure. My daughter was very happy to have her appointment and everything was explained to her with each and every step. Dr. Gallo was also just as amazing and kind. She took the time to explain things to us, as well as our daughter and just had a sweet, kind demeanor that made you feel welcomed and listened to.

Dr Gallo was amazing!!! My son is 2 and a half and is very shy with new people especially in this setting. It was his first dentist appointment and he did awesome, all because of Dr Gallo! She didn't push him to try to do anything he wasn't comfortable with and made it fun with toys and books. I recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!!! I wish I could give her 10 stars! Her staff was also wonderful and so kind and patient.
