I saw Dr. Bauer for sleep apnea, and he took me through the process to get the Inspire device. First of all, Inspire is a life changer for me. I feel like my sleep apnea is managed much better with Inspire. Also, I want to give my accolades to Dr. Bauer. He is amazing; knowledgeable, skilled, thorough, and made me completely comfortable through the complete process. I am a physician myself and recommend Dr. Bauer highly. He is absolutely fantastic!!!

I scheduled an appointment with this practice because they've got great reviews. I was hooked up with Dr. Balwally whose behavior was just volatile. This man told me blatant lies and would not even so much as allow me to tell him why I came today. When I interjected, he became hostile. I requested to leave, and he blocked the door. I was lucky to have a nurse sitting in with me. Eventually I was showed out, but Mr. Balwally caused such a scene that not one single person in either side of the Hamilton building could not hear him scream. He blamed me for his temper tantrum. Wildly unprofessional, intimidating, and rude. I would like to see a Doctor who doesn't play narcissist instead of do his job.

Dr. Szelestey is the absolute best ENT I've ever been to. He really listens to you and explains things well.
