I was referred to Southwest Michigan Center of Orthopedics in May of 2025 after being diagnosed with arthritis in both my hips. I met with Dr. Sybesma who went over my X-rays with me. He explained why I was in so much pain and the benefits of having a full hip replacement. He took the time answering all my questions and told me his priority was for me to have the best outcome from the surgery. I had my first surgery in September and my second hip replacement a few months later in December. I feel wonderful and have been literally pain free from the first few days after surgery. This surgery has been life changing and in the best way. I feel like I have been able to get back to really living life again. Anytime I had come into the office for my appointments all the staff has been so helpf

Dr. Sohn performed a reverse rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. The procedure was far easier and more painless than I imagined. I was impressed by the surgical team and physical therapists. We are fortunate to have Dr. Sohn and his team in our community. While I may never won the Cy Young Award, I will able to trim trees again in the yard!

My care with Dr Sohn and his office was exceptional. I had a full right knee replacement in October of 2024. It has been an year and a half and it has been wonderful. The physical therapy team were exceptional and very conscious of my pain and what I needed to work on to get back to my activity. I would recommend Dr Sohn and his team if you ever need some surgery. I would go back to him if I ever need another surgery.

We had a great experience with this orthopedic office after our 7th grade son broke his arm playing football. The staff was kind and reassuring during a stressful time. Dr. Farber was thorough and patient, taking time to answer all of our son’s many questions and clearly explain what to expect with healing and returning to sports. We’re so grateful for the excellent care.
