Southwest Medical Massage

I waited over a week for an appointment for a time that worked with my schedule. Received a text the day of appointment letting me know I had been rescheduled for the following day due to therapist having a migraine. The following day did not work for me. So disappointed that I wasn't going to get some relief from my neck and shoulder pain and also that I was rescheduled without my consent to the new date/time. I would have been happy to be seen by a different therapist for my original appointment date/time. I have canceled my purchase and will find another place.

Brought my 15 year old daughter in for a medical massage. She had a pinched nerve and lower back pain from playing volleyball. She had been hurting badly for months. We tried different chiropractors and massage places, but couldn't find a good masseuse, until now. After one visit with Charlene, my daughter is no longer in pain. Wish I'd brought her here first. Thank you!

Best massage I've had in years. Will definitely return for myself, and the rest of my family. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment. You wont regret it.

Had an appointment at 2:15, get there at 2:15 and the door is locked so I started knocking, after knocking about 3 times I called them and the music stopped so I know they got the call, I realized they weren’t gonna open the door so I left and called again from my car. Charlene answered and was very rude from the beginning. She said my appointment was at 2:00, when my email says 2:15-3:15, and so the appt was cancelled. Even if I was late she could’ve opened the door and told me that, but she knows she’s wrong. They sent me a text at 2:15 saying “you were recorded as a no show for you appt at 2:15”, so I’m not sure where the confusion for my appt time is coming from. They charged my card full price but I have a picture of the door at 2:20 (5 mins after confirmed appt time/within cancellat

Was excellent! I was there for a medical massage for severe hip pain. My therapist was experienced, knew what he was doing, I left with significant relief. I was very happy.
