I always go to her for urgent care, even tho I have Duke City Primary because she is such a nice person who doesn’t sit and type on her computer. She looks at you, speaks right to you, and cares about you.
Very unprofessional, I was told by the doctor that my insurance doesn’t cover my medicines when I spoke to my insurance, they cover everything that I need. They just need more information for her and she can’t provide him with that.
Its all about insurance, not healing... never going here again !
We haven’t been here in almost a year due to her becoming an urgent care clinic. I had to stop by there yesterday and it was like I was there last week. Fatima always takes the time to listen and never rushes. It’s refreshing to walk into an office which you haven’t been in in a year and still have your name remembered she even told me to say hi to my husband.
