Not really going to work for me. I am a three hour drive from the office and monthly trips for a 5 minute eye injection just doesn't make sense. The staff were excellent, but the Dr. I saw was more concerned about making sure my insurance paid than if my eyes were better. I think they are probably a good deal for people who live close and are willing to work around the Doctor's schedule. Jeff L-8 Google guide.

The doctors are excellent and staff is prompt. The first 2 times I went were fast and professional. This last time I went I was there for 3 hours for a 20 minute laser procedure. They said they had 2 emergency surgeries which I totally understand. However, just a suggestion, maybe the staff should inform patients of the wait times and offer to reschedule. I had to cancel 2 other appointments because of this. I believe they should give the patients who have appointments another option.

I have been taking my friend to her eye appointments for 6 months and usually it is a pleasant experience and the staff is so welcoming. This particular day we were waiting to see the doctor longer than usual and I watched and listened to a man who worked there yell at and belittle two employees in the hour and a half we were there. We were so shocked at both interactions and watching one of the girls was so embarrassed when she realized all of us were watching that she broke down into tears. Before we went into the room to wait for the doctor I asked one of the employees walking by who that man is and she said “oh that is Swain our manager”. My mind was blown, how could a manager ever treat his employees like that let alone in front of patients?

What a frustrating couple of days. Their phone system is horrible. If you do get to speak with a person they forward it to someone else where you leave a message that is NEVER returned. My mom has eye surgery tomorrow and it is almost 3:00 and I have no idea what time the surgery is. Instead of taking 1/2 day off of work Ive taken a full day since no one at the office can return a call. My mom even walked into the Farmington office and they couldn't help her. Super frustrated

Can't see anymore in one eye because of their mistakes. Now I have to have a corona replacement. And now I have to pay for three surgeries 😭
