While Dr. Santilli was amazing, I cannot recommend this office. My appointment was a few months ago. After checking in, they took me back to the room, where I waited for an hour to be seen by the doctor. Once I got to speak with him, he really wanted to figure out what was going on with me and was so knowledgeable. However, afterwards was rough. The nursing staff informed me I could drop off a form that they'd fax for me for my medicine (never happened), then they lost my lab results that they requested from LabCorp for me. I called multiple times and they never located it. They apologized and kept saying they'd get back to me, but it never happened. I really wanted to love this office. Hopefully they'll be able to smooth out the issues!

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is truly well deserved. I’ve visited this office before, but we were recently seen by Madiha, and she is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge and compassion speak volumes and truly set her apart as a healthcare provider. She was incredibly patient and took her time with us, which meant so much, especially these days when many providers seem rushed. Having Madiha on board has definitely elevated our experience with SWA!

Saw Madiha Hussain PA-C for second time and will have our next one with her! We had a great experience. She really listened, didn't rush us, and made us feel heard. She explained my daughter's medications and plan in a way that actually made sense. Been seeing a different doctor but seeing Madiha made a big difference and my daughter is finally breathing better. Highly recommend her to everyone especially moms with kids.

Dr. Madiha Hussain is amazing and myself and my whole family have had the most wonderful experiences with her. She is so kind and so informative. She takes the time to discuss everything with you and makes you feel at ease. Simply wonderful!

Wait times for allergy shots have gotten progressively longer. Seems to have gotten worse the last few months. We just waited 40 minutes to get injections so we were there an hour total for something that used to take 30 minutes max. We have been coming here for years as my daughter and son have both gotten allergy shots here. I have already addressed the wait times about 4 months ago in person at my son’s last check up. It’s gotten worse. I’m seeing other reviews below complaining about the same issue. I also see responses that state you appreciate the feedback so you can make the necessary changes. Those responses seem hollow as nothings improved. Stop taking new patients if you cannot effectively service the current patients you have. Do a little self assessment and check the check i
