Southtowns Neurology of WNY

I started seeing Dr. Lee-Kwen in March 2018. I had previously been diagnosed with MS in 2012 but stopped treating the disease in 2014 for personal reasons. Any slight irritation I may have experienced with the front office I discarded knowing that I was being treated by a neurologist who was direct, informative, and a avid listener who was my corner fighting for me. I remain ambulatory with a cane because of Dr. Lee-Kwen and that fact is priceless to me.

One of the worst offices I’ve ever been to. The staff almost never answer the phone, and when they do they’re extremely unprofessional. The Dr. himself never actually tries to solve any problems he just pushes meds on you and accuses you of not taking them. He will not listen to you whatsoever, and acts as though you know nothing about your own body. Absolutely do not recommend going here if you actually want your health to improve.

Horrible office staff. The people that answer the phone there are not professional. They were very rude and short with me for asking normal questions to make an appointment. Ask if a referral was sent when I haven't even spoken to anyone in the office yet to know one is needed to be sent. Do better. The reviews show you know this is a continual issue. I will find a different office for my gramma.

Terrible experience. Receptionist smelled like a smoke stack. Doctors assistant was rude and condescending no warmth. No explanation of procedure. I will never go there again.

They have a great service. They are really polite. And they helped treat my issue. Thank you them for helping me out.
