The whole team at Southtowns Endodontics was amazing! I was referred to them from my general dentist for a difficult root canal. From the beginning of the process, they were very quick and helpful. They got me scheduled as soon as possible, explained the whole process to me, were able to let me know how much everything would cost with my insurance and what the process would be with insurance. Dr. Braunstein and Carrie were the ones who completed my root canal and they were great. They were very welcoming, kind and patient. They explained the whole process and what they would be doing. Just had a root canal done and I was very nervous. Dr. Braunstein and his team were wonderful. He was so nice and explained the process and made sure my pain and comfort was top priority. It went smoothly and no pain. I highly recommend Southtowns Endodontics.

Had a root canal done about a month ago. Dr Braunstein did a great job. He explained everything he was doing and I felt very comfortable. Still need to get the crown done but so far it seems good. Would definitely go back if I needed another root canal

I arrived very apprehensive about having a root canal. Dr. Calabrese and his team were great ! Dr. C, answered all of my questions and explained the process and what to expect. My comfort was a priority and I can say it was an uneventful procedure, he made sure it was totally pain free. Highly reccomend !

I am a 100% disabled combat veteran sent to southtowns endodontist from the erie va. Left waiting weeks in pain only to be told the tooth needed pulled on my second visit. Dr didn't know how deep the nerve was hit it twice before he measured and was like oh i did hit it! Receptionist is horrible rude and nasty! Office staff was more worried about pizza for another dr.s birthday. Another complained at least 15 times about jalapeños not available! Worst dental experience ever they lack integrity, empathy and professionalism! Go anywhere else left in pain with no root canal and no answers. Way to treat a combat veteran !!!!!!!! Should have known by the rude sign on the tv that they were horrible!!!!!!!
