Doctor was great very helpful with explaining what would be best to help my girl get better. Staff was super nice and attentive as always.

Easy to set up appt ahead of time online, easy check in, friendly staff quick assessments and shot and out the door. Will definitely return when needed.

I went in feeling bad, left out still feeling bad. The Nurse Practitioner wasn’t friendly, didn’t introduce herself. Didn’t check my lungs, my ears, nor look down my throat. Yes my blood pressure due to the over counter medication I took. I had to wait almost 2 hours just to call in a cough medicine. I definitely will not be returning

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Medical team does a great job of getting you in and out with the correct diagnosis.

I was not pleased with my experience on December 6th. Dr. Kenisha Thomas was rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or felt overwhelmed. If that was the case, it still should have never been noticed or felt towards me as the patient. The front desk clerk was really nice and instructed me to sign in on the kiosk. When I signed in I listed my symptoms: severe ear ache, sinus, and coughing. I completed my paperwork on the phone and listed the same symptoms, current medications, past surgeries, and other required information. The nurse came in the room got my vitals and asked my reason for coming in. I told her the same things I listed on the kiosk and in my paperwork. I told her it’s been going on for a month with my ear and the two previous visits I had within a mo
