Every time I come here they always take care of me. The staff are friendly and willing to help. I’m thankful they are thorough and quick. Had me in and out within 20 mins and on my way to work. Feeling much better today after meds.

SouthStar definitely have the most caring and amazing health team . They were very friendly and professional from the moment we walked in . The team was quick and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about the Mrs. Leola Carter, DNP who treated me at urgent care today. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. She took the time to listen carefully, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my treatment options. Her calm and supportive approach made a stressful visit much easier. This is exactly the kind of provider patients hope to see.

Everyone is so nice and professional. The patience and care shows. I work in the medical field myself and believe me you hear the complaints and not the good things. Well pleased with the staff, and Eric Meaux NP was very caring for our family. Thanks again and y’all are greatly appreciated.
