From the moment you walk into the beautiful office, Sheila greets you with joy and friendliness! Sheila is so organized and has already checked your insurance and makes things so easy for you . Then Annalise, (the most awesome hygeniest on the planet!) greets you and takes you back to clean your teeth with such care and professionalism, and ease, that you look forward to going to your appointment. Then Dr Bettner, the best Doctor Ive had that listens to you and values what you say, comes in to greet you, with joy, and compassion, and happy to see you! The whole office is so helpful, friendly and treats you like a person. I highly recommend Southside Village Dental Care to everyone. I'm so happy they are here! Parking is also great and easy in and out! 😀

I had the best experience at this office as a new patient. Sheila at the front desk is friendly and professional. Analisa, my hygienist, took such great care in cleaning my sensitive teeth. First time I’ve ever left the dentist without discomfort! Dr Bettner is knowledgeable and kind. All around the best dental practice I’ve ever experienced.

Do to a move, I was in need of a new dental practice to replace my previous one of 30 years. It was quite daunting. I had a great hygenist who communicated well and was gentle to the touch during cleaning. I used 2 other dental practices before finding Southside Village Dental. Neither was satisfactory. My hygienist was Analese Vasquez. She was excellent. Calmed me immediately with her approach and professionalism. Since it was the first visit we went thru a long list of information, xrays and photos. I left satisfied and I recommend her to anyone. I did get a chance to meet with Dr. Michael Bettner. Although I did not get dental work from him during this visit, he too was very professional and knowledgeable about how my teeth looked and recommendations about how to improve my smile and i

I don’t normally write reviews but am taking the time for this one. I had a wonderful experience at Southside Village Dental Care! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in right through to close-out. My hygienist, Desmond, was fantastic — very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything he was doing throughout the appointment and did an excellent job with my X-rays and cleaning. I really appreciated the helpful tips he shared to prevent future issues. The dentist was also extremely knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner — professional, patient, and easy to talk to. Overall, it was a great visit and I will definitely be recommending Southside Village Dental Care to family and friends!

I had a really positive experience at Southside Village Dental Care. The office was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I especially want to recognize the hygienist who worked with me, I believe his name was Demond. He was extremely gentle, explained everything he was doing, and was very encouraging throughout the appointment. I’ve been feeling insecure and embarrassed about my teeth, but his kindness and reassurance made a huge difference and helped ease a lot of my anxiety. Overall, the entire team was great, and I left feeling more hopeful and motivated about my dental care.
