Absolutely love this pharmacy! Everyone is kind, helpful and considerate. The pharmacist is amazing and always takes time to explain if needed. They also have like a gift shop and also OTC meds and if they don't have what you want or need they'll try to get it. The only thing I don't like is that they're not open on weekends but also people need time off to spend with family or friends or even themselves.

Southside is by far my favorite place in Spring Hope! The customer service is super helpful & kind. I really enjoy looking at all the gifts they have to offer inside the pharmacy store & almost always find something thoughtful for someone I love in there. Unfortunately my insurance makes me get most of my prescriptions through a mail order pharmacy. I can get prescriptions that are needed immediately through Southside. I have never been treated any differently from a regular customer. The staff has always gone out of their way to be helpful. You won't be disappointed by choosing Southside to be your pharmacy.

This pharmacy will charge you well above your insurance co-pay for prescriptions if they feel your copay isn't enough. I have BCBS/Caremark and one of my regular prescriptions has a $0 copay. This pharmacy does not like to fill prescriptions that have a zero copay. Last month they charged me $25 and this month increased it to $40 for the same prescription and quantity. Their justification is my insurance company does not reimburse them enough. They stated that they can charge whatever they feel is a fair amount and that amount can vary greatly from month to month. In the 20 years, I have been covered by this insurance company, I have used many different pharmacies ranging from large chains to small neighborhood pharmacies, and never have I encountered a pharmacy that charges more than the
